In order to log into Tap via email, you will need to know your email address and your password. If you have forgotten your password there are some simple steps to take in order to reset it!
If you are on the app and not logged in, select the main menu button in the top left hand corner of the screen then select "View Profile". This will bring you to the login page.
Select to login with your Email:
1) Select "Email"
2) Enter your email address
3) On the password page, select "Trouble signing in?" at the bottom of the page
The next page will display your email address and will ask if you wish to reset your password by sending an email to this email address.
Select 'Send' to send the reset password email.
Once you have your reset password email, just follow the link and enter a new password for your account and you can login!
Please note that users are unable to reset their password with the Phone Number login option.
